The Eastbourne Walking Festival has expanded significantly over the past few years. With joined-up thinking and collaborative working between local and national organisations that all have health, wellbeing, and nature at the forefront of their agendas, the collective output has lead to a dramatic increase in awareness of this event, and for that, the Walking Festival committee is extremely grateful.
In 2020, Intelligent Health, the team behind 'Beat the Street' returned to Eastbourne alongside the Walking Festival. An already well-established event, Beat the Street encourages walking as a fun activity by turning towns into games whereby participants can collect points, prizes and discover more about their area by walking.
