Biggest Music Line-up Announced for Beer & Cider by the Sea Festival
11th February 2026
Tribute acts, party bands and 90’s rave will headline this year’s Beer and Cider by the Sea festival, which returns to the seafront Western Lawns from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 May.
The annual food and drink showcase is preparing to serve up its biggest music line-up yet, alongside a vast selection of more than 140 real ales, craft beers, artisan ciders and perries – all carefully curated by CAMRA.
Kicking off the weekend is Fat Freddie & The Queens – a larger-than-life professional Queen tribute act – ready to rock the festival tent on Friday night. They are followed on Saturday afternoon by The Big Kahuna – a 9-piece party band – taking to the stage with a vibrant mix of soul, funk and rock.
Bringing their unique show on Saturday evening, local 7-piece LARGE 90s will feature all the biggest 90s dance hits served with a fresh, high-energy twist along with plenty of rave nostalgia.
Sunday sees a festival debut from Eclectic Dreams, an 80s tribute band bringing big hair, unforgettable tunes and all the big anthems from a time when synthesizers ruled the airwaves.
Also joining them on the bill over the three days is pop, rock, funk and soul covers band Brotherhood, popular local duo The Watson Brothers, indie 90s rock from Music Band and The Court Brothers – an Eastbourne singer-songwriter duo consisting of Harry and James Court.
Eastbourne Borough Council’s Lead Member for Tourism & Place, Cllr Jenny Williams said, “At this year’s festival you can expect the biggest tunes from the biggest bands all in the best atmosphere, alongside one of the widest selections of beer and cider you’ll find in Sussex!
“With sessions regularly selling out, now is the time to secure those tickets early to guarantee a great afternoon or night out at what I am sure will be the festival of the year!”
In addition to a sensational music line-up, beer and cider fans can also look forward a range of quirky brews, award-winning ales, new brewery collaborations and one-off creations especially produced for the festival.
An array of gins, Pimm’s, Prosecco, wines and cocktails will also be on offer, alongside street food stalls ranging from Thai, Indian and burgers to pizza, olives and baklava. Face painters will also be on hand to help create the perfect festival look.
Beer & Cider by the Sea returns from 15 – 17 May with sessions from 5pm – 10pm on Friday, 11am – 4pm and 5pm – 10pm on Saturday and 12pm – 5pm on Sunday.
Children are welcome on Saturday and Sunday afternoons with free child tickets available for the final Sunday session.
